Very addicting game. Finally got all 64 achievements. Banking in survival mode has a downside: every time you bank, your current score is reduced by 10%. So if you already have 200k and bank, you only have 180k left.
In level 5, I press space one time fire. Before the ammo is even in the forward part of the catapult, it realeases without me doing anything, so the stones are fired without me wanting it, therefore hitting nothing. So I cant do anything about it. Until fixed 1/%
During "Leaves in the Wind" I collected 2967 shapes, equivalent to 87% of all shapes. If you do the math, you'll find that 100% would be equivalent to 3410 shapes. So how am I supposed to get 4000 as required for the "Raking the Leaves Badge" ?
Seems to be quite fun, but the timer sucks. I got to the weather baloon stage, but could not complete it as time ran out. So either add different difficulty levels where easy seting is granting more time, but even more I'd like a free mode where new stuff spawns and I can build a giant sphere of ice to wipe out something. It gets me to want to game on, but thew timer drives me away.
Neither do I feel fooled, nor did I laugh at this "joke". I think there is a difference between "funny" and "pointless". If you dont have a good idea for a smart and/or amusing joke, dont make one at all. It might be embarrassing... for you. Actually, it is indeed.
Yay, thanks for the bugfix, that boss finally appeared. And thanks to some comment I just read I learned that there is a bullet time mode? Cool, I think I'm gonna check this now...
It's a quite nice game, but it reminds me a lot of amorpheus+. The achievements are quite well balanced, except for one category: as in many games you are rewarded for being killed often ( =sucking). I have fulfilled almost all achievements, except for 10k kills and 25 and 50 times killed. Now I have to spend a lot of time getting killed, not funny at all, I would have preferred an "redicoulus insane" or any real "achievement" instead. The instructions on this is also nice: it says 3 powerups, 4 are depicted and there are actually 6 (shield and area wipeout are missing). And I didnt get what the new ability for 60 achievements was, is it the health regeneration, or was that active from the beginning?
So, an overall of 4 Stars.
WTF? I thought bible fight had awfully few attacks, but ONE, jumping and some bombs? This is really lame and seems like just another copy of that "cutting Fulp's beard" game. Implement more attacks, weapons and perhaps powerups, but like this I got bored after the second wave. That Street Fighter like boss was kind of a cool idea, but doesn't award you a second point. Lots of work to do until I will call this "playable" or even "good", so better get started!
Quite fun so far, but I encountered a bug: in the boss stage only blue hexagons appear, nothing else, no boss. I played that wave for almost 15 minutes, but nothing happened. Anyway 4/5
Dude! At first I thought it would be a little like Street Fighter or DOA, but it doesn't even have low or high kicks. So you are left with just 5 attacks. "Sucks" would be to hard, but it definitely needs at lot of improvement.
Didn't like it at first, but it got better. I still don't know why sometimes the animals won't jump, but after some fails due to that I finally managed to get a "swaintastic" with 26 lemmings remaining. Yes that's right, it is indeed possible to finish 2-2 without losing a life!
"A dice game of great skill (and a little luck) where winning is all about knowing when to take the points and when to take a chance."
Well, I dont think so. 1st roll, just can take a 5. 2nd roll, instazilch. Thats bad luck. Getting six ones, good luck. It is really rare occasions when your skill can make a difference, saying having more than one point choice. So in contrary, its "A dice game of great luck (and a little skill) where winning is all about lucking points and rarely choosing."
2/5
I think this was better than the last part, especially the going back and the secret door. I needed three runs to find the last newspaper just to find Mel Gibson. I liked the orange CCat better.
Anyway, try this:

Oh, and the controls are not well chosen: for users of a qwertz keyboard (instead of qwerty) it sucks as "attack" and "kick" button are far away from each other. Change it or make it customizable.
It is definitivelz better than Achilles, but still I do not like it to much. I would prefer enemies just advancing from one side, I get really pissed about walking back all the time. The levels are totally overcrowded, I get bored if the progress bar is in the middle. I have no problem killing 300 guys per episode, but I would prefer if it is more but less crowded levels. With the help of soldiers It gets quite easy, but thats okay. In survival I would like to be able to equip my hero with some stats I like, It is really confusing to suddenly have different ones than in the campaign I just completed. The change of directions is killing me as my character shall do an backwards attack if near the enemy, but suddenly he turns around and it becomes a forward attack hitting none.
2/5 as frustratinly long and featuring the same things I did not like in Achilles.
The collision detection sucks, dogs eat me without even touchung me. No fun at all, and whats really strange: if the music is on, I have some skipping, if it is off the game slows down a lot. 1/5
Nice idea, but you are quite lost if you can't type blind. Especially the shurriken guys suck, as when I am looking down on my keyboard to type, I do not see them coming. So nice if you can type, but just frustrating otherwise.
So 1/5 and screw the card.
