Bullets ignore each other for performance reasons (the engine really doesn't like a bunch of tiny objects), and to accommodate a bunch of guns that shoot either really fast, or multiple bullets (they would hit each other at the barrel.)
No can do. Slow motion affects all physics, including dragging. If you could drag at full speed you'd be swinging the doll around at mach five or something.
Would be cool if we could set variables for contracts, like money that goes up when the doll touches a bag, this could be used to make bank robbery levels!
