This game has potential, but look to the advice you've received here. The sharing feature will not do well on Kongregate: remove this and reinstate it should you choose to publish your game on faceblogger. The popups are just inconvenient, not unnecessary. It would make more sense for the quest to just flash with the new quest label beside it, until you clicked it at your own convenience, as opposed to popping up automatically and bombarding you. Alternatively, I really enjoyed the art style, and the progression seems interesting. I think there's definitely some potential if you can adapt to your audience.
The art style is what really makes me love this game. It's more like reading an interactive story than a mundane point-and-click game. Btw, also plays beautifully on the Playbook, for the non-kool aid drinkers. ;)
if you are going to take the time to put in a story in english at the start of the game, please take the time to have it grammatically checked by someone who speaks it as their native language....
The fact that I made it to level 11 before I got frustrated is testament to the fact that I really like the style and feel of the game, but and RPG where one cannot upgrade anything because of a broken inventory system is no RPG at all :( Looking forward to this being fixed.
Fun, addicting, and frustrating all at the same time. Would have liked some additional upgrades beyond just timers: maybe an auto flipper or a new fangled waffle maker that cooked both sides at once... and by new fangled, I clearly mean fixing the ones we have... :)
This game is beautiful. One of my favourite elements so far has been the shifting of perspective as you walk. It really makes the game feel like it has real depth. The art is soft and beautiful and flows nicely with the rest of the game. Appears to be a very original take on an overdone genre that makes it feel new. Well done. :)
excellent game again, but way to short. 20 minutes is not a long enough game with such a cliff hanger ending :(. Only critiscism I would add would be to refresh people on the skills in the previous game, ie. the ability to shoot gold/blue/purple beam doors, or that you can survive in liquid as Robby. Additionally, a message of some sort saying what the differences are with his sister, once aquired.
i enjoy this game a lot, but i'm not a fan of the interface. i would prefer numbers instead of the map, i think. or a map that fit all in the same screen. constantly closing and clicking is frustrating, especially when going to for the impossible badge.
I was slightly disappointed with this game up until level 10. I thought it was pretty basic, and anyone with pattern recognition skills would be able to conquer this game no problem. Then I died twice and had to start paying attention :O Awesome concept, great game :3
excellent game, but no motivation for the hard badge, due to the inability to stop and resume progress. 2 hours of this game would have me seeing circles and squares after i stopped looking at the screen D:
The best part of this game is all the little commentary bits that make you want to read them instead of just happily skipping past them. "Damn weird little fruit teeth." has so far been my favourite. :D 5/5
Nice to hear that bb Playbook can. We've tested it on some androids and ipads only. Thanx. We are happy you like the game.
