Different modes. The most popular these days are army, zombie, alien, robot, and random animals.. That's if you're sticking to the persons. If you're going to be doing vehicles and whatnot, you should try the heli. because of it's maneuverability, you can really get the players to feel "in control" with lots of buttons. :P That's on an EPIC MODE, or whatever. But don't get too generic with a plain 2D background. Get the screen to scroll with the mouse when the player wants it to. Another hint, not too many horizontal views. I know it's going to be hard to not do that, but if you don't anyway, make it blur. Like, I remember in Dead Frontier, every time you get a critical hit, you could make the screen shake just a little bit. But if you want a puzzle game, and whoever votes this up, you could make a path chooser. Dunno, half-RPG? Knowledge for puzzle/adventure(wizard stuffz) type games, and then speed for action/shooter(ninja crap) types.

Other than being able to re-type everything on the screen and letting people easily C/P (steal) things from this story, it looks like an interesting adventure.. (still playing it.)
OMFG! How cool would this be if it was 3D and in a glass fish tank!? You could zoom in and rotate and do all that junk :D And there'd be an orb in the middle. :o And instead of these circles there could be like.. You know, ornaments. Or fish, just swimming around. Or maybe instead of fish, something flourescent..

Found a quick way to make $5,800. But I suggest you get my shotgun idea, + the More pellets upgrade. Go to "My Enemies" Click on the "Slug Parasite" enemy (you have to unlock it first.). Then under where it says Slug Parasite, click the picture. You get the 12th Bonus level on level 29. Idk, but you're welcome :D
By the by, for those of you who HATE the slow reload time of maybe.. the shotty? Nade? Whatever your problem is I've got the solution! ex. The shotgun is a good weapon. GOOD. Yet has a terrible reload time, which is why you might go running off and wasting your hard earned cash on some.. "Upgrade" is what they call it. Hah.. Kids these days.. But NO! You can get it all, FREE, by simply changing your weapon, from shotteh, to machine gun to teh shotty! It easily reloads your gun without a second thought and you don't have to wait while that zombie is bustin' down your door! Nope! "BOOM! Headshot!"
