some tips to beat the minotaur on the first area last level: get some mounted archers and a bit of spearman to take the damage qued up and set rally point just before the building next to the mercenary building. then when the minotaur comes dont worry to much about nspearman. just skirmish with the horse archers (i use elf) by doing forward retreat and so on. it takes a while to do, i struggled with it but this strategy works if used correctly
