On browser you press F11 and click "Cinematic Mode" to make a discount full screen, or else you have to scroll down to see your troops when you raid someone.
Don't know why you got minused for a good advice. Though it's a known problem we are going to fix later. It's is also mentioned on a loading screen in advices sometimes.
