My new favorite character...I call it a Piscomancer. A Legendary and Epic Atlantean Magus As you level up, take 3 will and 1 intellect everytime. As soon as you can, equip fish to your ring slots using the cheaty glitch thing. If you get a third fish, equip it to your shoes. At this point, nearly every kill should be getting you some treasure. equip as much willpower bonus as you can in your remaining 3 slots, and stockpile your elemental resistances. Your method of fighting is spamming freezing wind, or ignite for the ice resistant enemies. Focus on freezing wind, the lower cost makes it easier to spam, PLUS, it's effective through walls when they're thin enough. Once you get some really good equipment, which will be sooner than usual, lose the fish and kick some butt. May not be the best build, but i've had a lot of fun with it.
On campaign mode, if you have 3 fully upgraded shield generators, it's almost too easy. I was taking 4 total damage from the gas trucks, 2 damage from each tank hit. the lowest i got was 50 points from full health. my repairmen were fixing the damage faster than it could happen
if a bomb drops that you have 'no way to avoid' it's a sure sign you're running wayyy to fast. hit them boxes, people. Admittedly, there is some luck involved, but it's the same 'luck' as waiting for that straight block in Tetris. and i DO think the hard badge should be bumped up to impossible, but i'd say it's closer to 90% skill as opposed to the 50% someone said earlier.
10678...the main key is knowing how to jump, dont just hold down the jump key everytime and do a big jump. tap for smaller jumps. and slow yourself down with the occasional box.
