The key to fixing the high demand for elevators is to refrain from making them all go to the very top. If your building is 40 floors high then make elevators that go to 40, 30, 20, and 10.
Apparently you can crush his head by making him walk into a blue ray and place 2 bombs next to each other vertically on the wall and have one of the upwards launching pads really close to the corner but not to close, mess with it a little bit.
