Timer perk tree dont work! I have max upgrade - reduces all timers by 50%, my timers are the same whith them or without!!!!!!oneoneone

If you already have an adventure running it will not be affected, but you can cancel and start a new adventure if the bonus percentage is worth it! Same thing for the market timer, you have to wait for the first refresh after you get the perk!
