I first saw Fancy Pants in the animation "Topstick" which was a free-for-all between the most known stick figure icons. Sadly he was one of the first to go down and after seeing this game, I think he could have lasted till the end. Good Game. 5/5
I almost forgot, never feed all of your gems, choose one that is in the best position to either kill the most enemies or protect your sphere and feed that one gem a huge buffet of gems 1 to 2 grades lower at the least, never feed it same grade gems or higher grade gems.
@Keylole, I make a Grade 5 and usually feed it Grade 4 gems, any other lower ones will have random affects, and I usually place it where it can cover the most area. It is also best to use Bloodhound gems and not to mention I usually play most levels with the Armored Only option selected. Using this tactic got me a Bloodhound gem dealing over 3K damage per hit on Field B12.
@PIXARUS I added a few low grade gems to a high grade gem and withing a few moments that gem was more powerful than a gem 2 grades higher than it. And I wasn't misleading people, I was merely offering a tactic that has worked well for me.
PRO TIP: Gem Feeding=Combining lesser grade gems with higher grade gems to renforce the Higher grade gem and make it far more powerful to the point that making it an even higher grade will weaken it.
I love this game, only complaints is that the jump in difficulty can be rather different amongst levels. As soon as I hit Vela 5 I was stuck for a while.
I think I figured out the storyline that links the games in order. If you want to play it so it has a storyline feel, play the games in this order: Adventure Story - EBF1 - EBF2 - Bullet Heaven - EBF3. The reason I believe the events in Adventure Story took place before the events of EBF1 is because Matt and Natt were severely injured after EBF1, so it could not have happened. I believe Adventure Story is when they first came across Lance, and after defeating him he went into hiding to amass an army. When the events of EBF1 concluded Lance saw the opportunity to strike while Matt and Natt were recovering. As for why I believe Bullet Heaven took place before EBF3 is because that was most likely when they were adventuring around, killing bad guys, finding/stealing loot and treasure.
MEGABUST, you're a MEGA****. Who gives 2 shits if this is a copy of Youtube? Hell, this isn't even a copy of Youtube, it's an upgraded version of Youtube. Youkongregate is here to stay.
Ok, I'm going to help solve everyone's complaint about "Losing their Data." In the description of the game it says, and I quote, "WARNING: Right click and go into settings, and change storage to unlimited, so you don’t risk losing saved games." Please + this so others will see and the comments won't be a bunch of complaints.
It horrifies me to not see this game as the Top Rated game on Kongregate. It's current rating is 4.41......IT SHOULD BE 5! Whoever downgraded this beautiful game should be beating within and inch of their life...AND HUNG BY THEIR ENTRAILS! This game is perfect. EBF1 was fun, EBF2 was Great, as for EBF3...IT WAS PERFECT AND SHOULD HAVE A PERFECT SCORE!
I think the Celge skill attacks should harm all enemies. Because causing stat effects to enemies seems too much a challenge because it's a small chance to poison or cause Eternia. So either the chance to cause an effect should be higher or the attacks should be able to attack all enemies.
A blac line appears in the middle of the screen and goes down as the background scrolls up, but it keeps reappearing. I believe this is a "Break" in the background looping as it does the scrolling effect. Could this be fixed?
I've heard the Boss theme of this game in one of the episodes of an animation series called Xionic Madness. Which means the soundtrack alone is epic enough for others to want to use it. Good Game all around and so are all your other games! Never stop making Flash games! Cannot wait to see EBF4! Can't wait to see Bullet Heaven 2!
