Newly bought worlds won't show up in the worlds tab to the right. Instead, they will show up on the Mine tab on the left. (The one with all of the text, not pictures.) Doesn't make any sense, but that's how it is.

Demon, +1 health means 1 more bar of health when you venture down into clockworks. Also, a reply to a comment way back, Vlaxecen, that is not a bug. That is a measure to prevent people from creating accounts and cheating the energy system. All computers share the same energy tank, unless the account is a paid account.

I don't believe you can get the extra wide or tall world in Kongregate. I made an EE account, but I can't seem to find those either. He either removed them, or he made specific accounts made past a certain date not able to obtain them, although unlikely. I'll go check the forums.
Ystory, I upped it because I'm a music lover and it concerns me that there is a (minor) bug involving music notes. However, I guess the bug doesn't really apply to some people (those who downed your comment) because they don't work with music or they don't have the music package.
