A game that is 5/5 is not a ‘perfect’ game. A 5/5 is, as Kongregate tells us, a game that you loved. That’s why ’Loved it" pops up when you hover over a 5 star rating.
5/5 literaly means that it is as good as it can possibly get or damn near it.
