Constructive criticism:
Always explain what everything does. We (the player) doesn't know what everything does. Like that the money per second doubles for each 25 level of virus. What does the evil scientists do for prestiging? I haven't tried that yet, because I don't know if it will pay of to prestige.
Leveling up other viruses seems worthless compared to just upgrading the first one.
Protip: Don't release anything as unfinished projects as most likely will be downvoted into oblivion. Also, why are you developing it in Flash? Flash is deprecated.
