You know, those other guys are actually smarter than I am. The boss once told me to wear my uniform (now THAT is a good idea...), and the guards said the truest words I have ever heard: "you're a fool..."
I absolutely loved the warport. I went through several times with the intention of dying (great fun), and I hope to see it again in chapter 4. I just wish that there were a few more questions, such as "How many weapons are you carrying?" (NONE. Just this one. I don't know, let me check... Enough to kill everyone here, and then some!), and the gold pass came to soon for me. Maybe just free travel, and then at the next level just half the security guards or throw you back to the entrance rather than killing you before giving us the full deal. I also wish I could destroy my gold pass just so I could go through the security screening again...
A piece of advice: Once you have beaten the game, DO NOT immediately go back into your dorm room. Leave the castle, find a save crystal, and you can move around the items of ANY of the characters who joined you on your journey.
Nice graphics, fast paced, and the weapons are truly inspired. None of them feel like I've seen them a thousand times before and they all have unique aspects to them. I only have one pet peve. I kept hoping for a boss fight with a music change, but it never came. Ah well, that could just be me. 5/5, keep it up!
Ah, I love this style of combat. Just you, the wind, and a cannon. So simple, yet fun and challenging. My only complaint is that the entire world is against me--no friends, no allies. Could I get my own trio of ships to use?
I liked the music, I liked the game. But it got way too hard, too quickly. I shouldn't be fighting to survive on easy halfway through the game, when level one was a peace of cake on normal.
Okay, for those of you who don't know, level 20 is NOT the highest you can go. True, you can't level up any more, but you still have 8 stats you can max out using stat potions. Hard bosses or trading to get them.
Wrestler: If you were impervious when your mouse was off the screen, that power would be abused way too much. Being teleported to nexus would be annoying, although it could work, but I doubt anything of the sort will be implemented. What you really want is the classic pause screen when you click off the screen, but as this is an mmo, that can't work. The best thing to do is block/stop those pop ups. By the way, if your computer is bringing things up on its own for seemingly no reason, you've probably got a virus of some sort.
I've played all the Duck Life games, but for the first time, the grinding has stood out to me. You can either grind one duck to impossible levels to win all three parts of the race, or grind three to high levels. It's ridiculous. And when you buy a new duck, and have to start the level grinding from the beginning...
Couple things. 1.) Permenant upgrades are LOST when you lose on the level you bought them. 2.) The footprints lead towards the boss. Don't just click randomly. 3.) As Nerdook said, kill as many mooks as is practical. That alone will make the final fight much easier. 4.) Watch your health, watch your turns. I always made sure to buy upgrades at the end of a stage when I had already found the daimyo and wasn't worried about losing. Hope that helped!
