Bioware spends mountains of dollars on scripts, producing MUCH less entertaining experience. Bravo, the storyline and storytelling are just awesome! Not to mention the battle system. I love it!
Just have found a way how to beat Level 3/Blackguard! In order to do that you have to use a slow computer! Slow CPU causes enemies to walk more slowly but the timer ticks at usual speed, allowing more frequent spellcasting! A 900MHZ Celeron has made beating LV3 a piece of cake.
Possible bug, Level 3 on Blackguard mode. Beginning with wave 3 spell buttons behave strangely : the timer runs out, spell icon gets active, but clicking on it doesn't invoke aiming cursor and makes it impossible to cast a spell. The bug is not persistent - sometimes spells work, sometimes not, but it makes impossible to beat the level :(
