Which targeting routine? If you mean the towers, the is a targeting module that allows you to set priorities. If you mean something else, please elaborate a little more?

ok, i can see you wanting to make some money with the ads, but when you make it an integral part of the game, and the ads don't work, your game sucks. one star for your crappy ad interface.
building cost re-work slows the pace down... a lot. too much to keep interested. nice idea, but very redundant without some kind of variation on the theme.
luck-based battle is a bad idea. no strategy at all. pretty limited game with not much to do... a good start, but you run the risk of people turning away from your game when you present a bare-bones prototype. nice look and feel, and some good ideas, just boring in its present state.
