I appreciate a difficult game, but this game is difficult (in my opinion) because of how the character is controlled. I don't really have the patience for that.
Just keep trying until you get "bubbles only" after you're above 1000 points. Hopefully you can get some other power ups near the same time and rocket yourself up high enough. Painfully based on luck for the hard badge.
It was a really fun adventure. However, just like the first game, the difficulty was a definitely too low. Still a fantastic game, but the easiness makes it feel rather short. It would be great to see another sequel.
The game is easier if you obey, but more colorful if you disobey. I got three different endings, but I have no clue how many there are. Beautiful game.
I really try not to be brutal on my game reviews, but this was a terrible experience. Even the FIRST level on adventure mode is annoying. Once I struck EVERY ship, and still didn't make it to the end because there weren't enough enemies. This is in no way an improvement from the first version.
Want to lower your score? Check the achievements and go to those levels. Also, look for birds or stars in the background and use those as markers for the level. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't.
All of the game triggers and everything worked GREAT.....until the challenge room levels. Then everything was really bogus (hitting invisible walls, non-moving platforms not letting my character jump, etc.). I don't understand why that is. Outside of the challenge room, a great game.
I literally missed ONE coin throughout the game. In the last level. Son of a bitch. Oh well, I still got the best ending. I guess that will have to do in order to console me.
By the time I got to the last battle, I was able to kill all except one of Atilla's henchman on the first turn. The only reason I let him live is because I used 'confuse' on him. Fun, but a little too easy.
Really cool game. The fact that there's a two player co-op makes it that much more impressive. Maybe you could have made a separate bank for each player? Either way, great game.
