There really is not 'limit' it's just a clock really lol. FC2 will have no time limit, rather, you will gain POWER points from crossing checkpoints and picking up power-ups, so effecient use of energy around corners will make some difference, mistakes will not, but the AI cars ain't gonna wait on ya, or ever care if you are in the way (my primitive AI cars lol, they do drive well though) and there will be UPGRADES too! >)
