I can't believe only 80,000 plays on this game. This is a creative, brilliant strategy game that deserves badges and a solid player base. What it needs is some exposure. Lets get the word out and bump that rating.
Badges please. This game has already eaten 5 hours of my life, and I'm just cracking the other races. This seems like a no-brainer with the achievements. Rate me up if you agree.
Who voted this 5/5?? Its the laggiest game I've played on kongregate, the controls are clunky, the AI bizzarre, and the graphics simple. Make it so that my 'pixels' actually do what I tell them, and I'll have a chance to write a more unbiased review.... as of now, mostly unplayable, 2/5 for concept.
Here's the biggest problem with this game: I'll never get to 700k, not because I didnt put the time in, not because I dont know the strategy, but because the game is so laggy, even on a lower quality, that half the time I click the mouse and my toon never even swings the bat- or if he does, its several seconds later.
I have a decent gaming rig and a high speed DSL connection- I know its not cable, but it should be plenty to play a flash game. And its certainly not my dual 9800gts thats causing the problem.
What a stupid way to lose- by level 71 of survival, the screen is too full of traps and guns-- you cant hit anything, and cant put another trap down anywhere. Stupid.
I've read alot about missing in this game---I had no problems. Skill up before you go adventuring. The first year or so is just working and learning. All dungeons completed, 9 weeks left. Good game, though I agree with mute button. 4/5
A masterful game for those with OCD, I literally wept when thousands of black paint sploches flashed across my screen. Imagine my hubris when finally I noticed I had been clicking on a speck of dirt on my 22" monitor for 15 minutes. The best in its genre, but for me, thats still only a 3/5.
This is one of the best games on kongregate. Skill, plus random luck, plus strategy, plus rpg elements, plus fun. 5/5 and on my favorites list. And I don't do that lightly.
