Use sheriff!!!!! Don't level you weapons until later, also before you get a crap ton of medals like me where I only have to get the survival ones buy 2 repairman.
You get far by using a good class,sheriff,noble or militia work well and buying a ton of chickens and not wasting your money on useless junk like looters,sisters(unless you have love), building a good party with good weapons and getting a lot of the medals.
Also instead of using the noble or militia another good one to use is the ranger because it has Da Bomb which will increase your gravity gun damage,my favorite party is: me as a sheriff(the default shotgun if my favorite),then get a ranger(equip with gravity gun) after the first day, then get a militia around day 4-6(give a rocket or grenade launcher(or gravity gun(also it's possible to give it a rapid fire gun), then get a rogue or hunter and definitely get a rapid fire gun for whatever one you pick.
If you were to make a save feature then make it so it so you're able to save after you defeated the boss so you couldn't reset everything to how it was before(which would make it to easy.)
These are some of the nuisances in this game: It isn't possible to get the gems and chests in the shops.Another problem I have is that unless the equipment is special you lose it and any of your armor that isn't special resets and you lose your spells that you have when you die or use escape wings(this adds to the difficulty of the game though but it might have been nice to have an option to turn it on or off).My third problem is how the stairs sometimes blend into the scenery.My fourth and final nuisance is the price of healing potions at least early on for tiny ones.I do think the game is awesome and has a nice challenge though and it's one of my favorite game on kongregate.
