Visually pleasing and the sound is great. some things to improve it would be adding jump (just to feel less restricted), more levels, upgrades (spread of shot, speed, strength, etc.) plus i don't know how you would fix this, but in later levels it just turns into randomly shooting and running from left to right, you may want to fix that overall very fun and well made, come out with a sequel :)
