@ Catpaw and Kool 16: The chance of winning a 'good' card is the motivation to keep playing. If they let you pick your own cards: bye bye motivation + everyone would be playing the same cards!
@ Psionic Mage: Just gave a win away for someone to bring his CC out to test on, I used voidstream = 6 damage, +6 life and just before you can change range again: the 6 damage is substracted from CC's hp (you can't see it like you see poison damage or bleed, it's just substracted from hp)
@ Nizzle: cornelius + tome have been auto-includes in all my decks; +450 games later => I don't really have to test that, I'm pretty sure (hp isn't a stat: speed, damage, ... are = otherwise it would be impossible te deal damage to cornelius!)
@ Nizzl: Necrotome does deal damage to cornelius, the voidstream's stat lowering effect just doesn't work, If you voidstream cornelius and necrotome works: +6 Hp, 12 Damage
@ PsionicMage: I'm sure that the damage is dealt (I use that item all the time), the next time you get your +10, look at your opponents life total, it will change at the end of the turn, just before you can choose range again
psyonicMage: Necronomic Tome does cause damage, it just doesn't say it deals damage, but at the end of the turn the 10 (or less) damage is substracted.
@ Nikitosina: I have won 10 cards and I won almost all of them between level 8 - 10, so I don't think a higher level decreases your chance of winning a card
Stop asking for a trade function! They won't add it in this stage in the development of the game, because it wouldn't be an improvement. Why?
- not enough cards + only 10 really good cards (trading would be fun if there were +300 cards)
- because of the low number of cards trading would result in all decks being the same = not fun!
- trading = way to cheat!
- experienced players will take advantage of new players to get the best out of trades
- kongregate wants u to play other games (challanges); they don't want you to have the cards u want (it's a motivation to make you play games)
- trading will take the thrill of winning cards away
I guess they will add it one day, but it won't be in the next few months.
