You should add a way to attach the body parts in the "Medical" tab and make them live again. Maybe a special tool? A "Stitch" Tool? Or maybe a special item, "Stitcher", which is a needle with string and attaches whatever it's touching together. Like, touch the leg and the foot to reattach.
Linking and triggering go hand in hand, you must link two objects together to make them interact. For example portal<--->portal makes them teleport things, and button<--->gun makes the gun shoot when the button is pressed. See: Tutorial > Linking things.

These dolls are so weak!! Like seriously, one tap of a scalpel, a minute later, there on the ground.. dead. A little tap with the scarlet they are blown to pieces. And I really do want to know their total health whatsoever. Could you give us a tip on how much health they have or maybe have a big bar of their hp? You might deny this but, atleast is something to think about. Also, I think that there would be alot of fun in this if there was more sturdy dolls.

This may seem silly, but does the blender have an 'active' state? I want to feed the person into it, but it won't work. I have tried linking it to a button and putting a box on it, even pressing 'f' and clicking on it. Any ideas?

I've noticed a (possible?) bug, that if a foot is shot and damaged at hight speed (IE minigun bullet cutting a chunk of foot off) the remaining foot chunk can become 'dislocated' in that it becomes oddly hinged to the leg, and the back of of the foor is no longer flush to the leg. I've managed this with the assault rifle and minigun, while hanging the doll's feet in front of the bullets.
Not so much a bug, but wonky behaviour. The cutter tries to re-attach limbs on cut so the limb doesn't just completely fall off (like in MaD1) when you cut a tiny slice off, and high velocities mess up the positioning I suppose. Not much I can do about it, let's just pretend getting shot in the leg actually does dislocate the it.

Is it just me, or does it feel quite tedious having to go through the menu and choose tools. Love the items and everything else. Just takes ages to get anything done.

What this game teaches you: 1. Physics can be fun. 2. Ragdolls have blood in the shape of circles. 3. Anything, and I mean absolutely ANYTHING, if flung fast enough, can kill you.

plasma ball i think it adds a regen stuff something like that it regens the body part i think it should be under medical anytime i use it on someone when i hit the same doll with blunt stuff the part regens.

not to be rude but PLEASE fix this, both the lighter and the cake's fires do nothing, the cake i could understand but the lighter should set things on fire
