Incredible game, first impression was it would be some simple half-baked game, after i 'finished' it i was far off it; it is amazing, one thing that would make this godly would be a bigger capacity for fish hauls and Titan sized fish like Megalodon type size.

Very pleasant to play, but at some point it gets repetitive (day 10 or so for me). Buying upgrades is nice but what for in the end ? ^^

I would love to see this expanded, have more kinds of fish, new locations, more upgrades, maybe upgrade the boat, different weapons...

i think a sequel is needed with objectives, possibly a creature/fish of the day where if u catch it, it gives you a temporary multiplier thats really high idk im just spitballing ideas, all in all it was an amazing game that deserves badges, im thinking get a certain amount in a few days of unlock free play in a week, another thing is that i think the story game should have a continue function with more upgrades that grow, i want to be able to holds more fish and breath longer.

So was the captain killable in the end?! i mean, i kept circling him and shooting at him and i swear i wouldn't stood a change if he had a life bar... but i died in the end anyways? was a sick game none the less!!

When playing 'Free Play' Press '3' to use captain's edge as weapon.. Its the same weapon the 'hunter' uses before the game ends.

*ENDING SPOILER ALERT*the very nature of humanity is that we will continiously adapt to dominate all around us. if one of us gets hunted like this the hunter better pray he can take out every human quickly or we will do what we do best.

shitty, but sooner or later we become hunters again. and if i dont get past being prey, well thats how things go.

Wow, can be slow at times, but coming out of the water with $600 worth of fish, a 2.3 multiplier, and 0.1 seconds to go gets the blood pumping a bit

If you play as Captain Connel and dive downwards for a few minutes it will become a bad dream and you will spawn at the top after that. O_O

I think, that it's not a bad thing to get reminded of "Motherload" by this one, since that game is a "must-play-once!" title for me. Fisher-Divers' creator may or may not have been inspired by it and made an amazing game, which, in my opinion, isn't a copy by any means - the atmosphere created by the amazing music, the storyline, which didn't let the game feel like a grinder and much more gave me the feeling, that my time was well spent. 5/5 for that :)...
Yup, some elements of the game are absoutely inspired by XGen's Motherload. It also draws from flOw, The Most Dangerous Game, Overgrowth, No Country For Old Men, and Hunting Unlimited 2009, among others.
