My favourite level would have to be level 427, the one where you repeatedly punch Obama in the testicles. !!!Spoiler!!!: After 50 punches you can holy shift while throwing a punch to do a Super-Punch therefore destroying his manhood and any chance of being president (cause we all know America wouldn't allow a female negro).
