Tailsfan99: for gimme, you need to puke over and down to the pill for it to slide out to you, then eat it, and create a cloud to swim to the exit.
i loved this game. why? because...
1. its challenging, but not frustratingly challenging
2. its an original idea
3. lots of levels
4. variation in powers (thats an important item in games) such as white, red, black, and yellow pills ( i like yellow the most =) )
5. interesting plot
6. ACHIEVEMENTS =D
7. good graphics and not much lag for me
8. music isnt annoying (as it is with a lot of other games)
9. satisfactory plot-line
10. its AWESOME =D

Yay~ I thought the game was good. Some of the levels were a bit difficult, especially with the lag I experienced during most of the game play and the controls took me time to get used to. But overall, I enjoyed playing. 4/5

Lol, So Many noobs. Long Jump: The Puke can Propel you, if Aimed right. Just Jump over, aim the Mouse Down, and Fire. You will fall slower, and get to the Other Side. Dive: Aim Some puke as far as it can go to the right and Fire a Little Bit of Puke (Say 5 Puke Blobs). Then, Aim The Puke Above yourself and Fire what you have left. Some puke will go right, some will go Left. Eat Whatever Puke Goes Left and make sure that the Clouds have enough Below the Surface Clouds for you to Land on. NEVER Jump off the Cliff. You will fall too fast and slip through the Clouds. Just Run Off the Edge and Try and land on as many clouds as you can. Then, Maneuver your way on top of the couds, (Never spend too much time IN the Clouds) go to the Right, Fire whatever Puke you saved, and Land on the Clouds again. Work your way back to the exit on te Left, and Make it through Sucessfully :)

For anyone who have problems its simple, just put in youtube the walkthrought [for everyone who like to play thinking how to solve the level dont criticize this coment plz im only trying to help, it doesnt mean that i use it though but when i see a good game i like to continou playing it and dont stop me and say bad things about it]

Disgusting in concept; adorable in execution. If making a cute little pink blob eat its own vomit is wrong then I don't want to be right.

Its a good game... I wouldn't recommend playing it though - you'll get to a level called 'Dive' which mostly falls down to luck.
