The Slip: Hit the button on the far right, drop down go left, hit the other button. When the puke drops down, press spacebar to eat it. You have to once again use it as propulsion to shoot yourself up the hit the last button on the left.

Ah finally, i finished the game + bonus chapter! This game is too fun! Also the last level f the fourth chapter was ridiculously hard, the bonus level was not too hard.
