gentle push - i'm not sure if you're having trouble with the fruit or getting up. after you knock them down with aimed shots, you have to propel yourself up. it's all in the timing. starting shooting downwards before you reach your maximum jump height.
dive - walk off, don't jump off. shoot downwards as you approach the vomit stream in order to break it up and slow yourself down. save a little barf... float through the cloud to the right side, shoot at the switch, and float back to the left. takes a good number of tries.

It took me 5 and a half hours STRAIGHT just to beat schism. A few quick fixes to this: #1, no more white guy. #2, make puking more accurate, so I don't have to click repeatedly to get it right. And #3, please make those spikes kill what is facing them, not what is adjacent.

The trick to a gentle push is to shoot the fruit off the bricks, for dive you have to disrupt the flow of the cloud vomit and let it stack so you can float through it. The bonus levels are indeed very fun and difficult but worth the bit of pain and just require some patience and creativity. I like this game kudos to the creator.
