Great game. Very clever and original.
Next time though Dev, please place just a little more leeway in the control system. Spikes kill you when you're still 1 or 2 pixels away, and switches trigger for the entire size of their tile it appears, not just the button size.
Now, that'd be ok if Spewer actually responded promptly, but he doesn't. You made him "bounce" a little after he lands - which looks cute - but it ALSO tends to move him that extra pixel or so that will put him on to spikes or over ledges.
Either make the spikes and ledge less responsive or (preferably) make any "bouncing" of the player just a cosmetic effect - don't move the player's hitbox unless they're actually trying to move him.

I don't understand how I can be chopped up by the spikes when I am nowhere near them. The proximity to the spikes needs to be fixed. Having 1 pixel near the spikes shouldn't kill me.

SPOILER IF YOU DON'T WANT TO COMPLETE THE GAME: The scientist created spewer to save his son. His son had some kind of virus and this game is training spewer so spewer can somehow suck up the deadly virus. Spewer was successful.

too much lag even with graphics off, too much physics has a downside fun game but could be made less physics intensive

Pro: This new pet eats anything!
Con: This new pet eats anything!
Conclusion: Never let this thing out of the cage or it'll eat the entire world.

Changing my vote from 5 to 1 because of the stupid collision detection with the spikes. Level "recap" is REALLY FRUSTRATING.

glitch on ch5 level root and thorn. stand to the right of the button that iss covered by the block and it will trigger opening the exit. Thumb up to keep alive.

dissapointing. an enjoyable game that just falls apart because of sensitivity issues. the spike can kill you from three centimeters away (yes I measured) and the jump button only works every other time you press it. I experienced no problems with lag or such similar complaints, but the precision jumping is guranteed failure when there are spikes involved. starting a level over every three seconds for two hours is just too irritating to continue. Otherwise, I loved the game, but never got past chapter one.

Chapter 3, the 2nd level seems to be impossible for me. I ate all the fruit and tried to propel myself to the top but my vomit doesn't seem to be as powerful as it should be from looking at youtube walkthroughs.. no matter what I do I'm not powerful enough/have enough vomit to get to the top

to respond on your comment kucinghitam9, the scientist uses the creature for a cure for something, not a pet. you'll know when you beat the game

A) Spikes should only kill you if you step on them
B) Waiting for puke to settle is ridiculously boring
C) you can only jump high if you puke at the very beginning of your jump. Why? at the peak of your jump when you have no inertia it should do something
C.2) when you jump and puke, the puke that hits something and bounces back and hits you has more effect than the puking itself!! how?
