this game is good but the only bad part is when you trying to use puke to go higher, it needs to be more effective and the spikes need to be reset. Every little touch makes you die

great concept and follow through! the only thing i would add is a suicide button so you can restart a level when you get stuck.

Misleading spike distance causing death, didn't make the game bad just I personally couldn't get used to it. Great idea, well made. My computer sucks though and even with everything off I got lag when puking.

really good game very addicting. for gimmie u shoot over the box and the pill will go with ur puke. in dive when u fall shoot the ground under uand swim in it. shoot the thing on the right and swim to exit

Good game. Bonus Chapters were nearly aggravating, but were well designed. I think if there's a Spewer 2, you should cast it inside the professor's son's stomach, and have your quest be to cure him. Hell, you could turn it into an action or even rpg crossed platformer.

I cannot simultaneously jump, eat and move to the left. Very annoying if not impossible to overcome on stages like Holy Tears (still stuck on that one.) Please fix if possible, or let me know what I need to do on my end.

This really needs a better menu system. Mainly being able to return to level select during a level but also an easier to see continue button after loading and main menu. Otherwise great game.

The last level is friggin obnoxious as are many others. Overall the game has a good concept, but the level design needs some work.
