I hated every part of the game... But I would play it again just for the story...
I thing you have a great story on your hands but need a better way to tell it. Maybe you could devolpe a bit more on what is the role of the gamer in the story (because the ship repairing EXADI was a sort-of computer engeneer, right?) also it would be great to know what happened with the other EXADI, cant remember its name...
3/5

Fully upgraded Magnetism has a HUGE range, after a couple rate of fire ups and one power upgrade, go all magnetism and the rest of the game will speed by!

Good game but it would appear to me that they took megabytes out of portal's GLADOS when creating EXADI. other then that good game play 4/5

Great game, great story. I felt bad on the last level also. I would recommend you fix one thing though, put the enemies on a layer above the bits. It's incredibly annoying when the small viruses are hidden under all of the bits that are coming at you.

Why do I have to shoot the emotion core to death? Why can't the computer just delete it? Oh well, still an awesome game.

I'm amazed that the comments section isn't flooded with Portal references. I consider this a sign of respect. I'm the black sheep, though; I didn't find the ending that touching. The plot was confusing- Her programmer gave her depression while he was depressed, now she's doing the same as him?- And the ending text was too simple. If her voice had changed, if she had become a monotone, I would have been more impressed, but alas, game is wonderful. I got a good feeling from collecting all those bits. 4/5

That said, I felt there was no strong connection between dialogue and waves, but dialogue itself was okay just didn't feel so much important as in The Company of Myself. Though, I congratulate on the good reception from Kongregate audience; I guess that proves how crucial upgrade systems and story-wrapping are.

I broke my mouse thanks to this. ): But anyways, I wanted to finish this because of the story as I read that the game has some kind of touching content at the end. Unfortunately, I had to give up on wave 12. The gameplay was not all that fun. Enemies are flying by, they are not trying to chase you. They are fast but your bullets and firing are slow. That means you have to chase them to kill them, like they are totally innocent and you are just killing them as told. Though there are some that start to shoot you at the end. Upgrade system didn't make a lot of difference, the game was still unrewarding gameplay-wise. And at the wave 12 it got quite punishing especially with the death sound which is too loud. I quit there. I guess that at the end of the game you realize that you were doing bad things right? Or not? I have no idea, but I feel its in the line of games like Braid or anything increpare makes like Opera Omnia.

It's a pretty good Asteroids-type shooter. The controls are good and the difficulty curve is done very well. I'm conflicted about the story, though. The end was moving, but it seems to me like they're exploiting the emotional attachment to suicide, and when it comes down to it, I think that's the only thing about the story that moved me. I guess more than anything else, I was slightly offended that such a sad subject was handled this carelessly. Either way, though, the gameplay is definitely good enough to stand on its own , regardless of the story. 4/5

and if there not was a mute button (Jonalee says there is) luckily sony, Phillips, HP etc created laptops, Computers with a sound control system :)

This game that truly touches the heart. it was fast, fun filled shooter that sort of gave off the concept of that old game... what was it called... asteroid shooter? well anyway, I would recommend this game to just about anyone. the story was amazing and the music was fitting. 10/10 no contest

Well, the story wasn't exactly 'touching' or 'emotional' for me, which was a downside when it had no music in the final levels, and the final boss wasn't hard or ''thrilling''. Overall 4/5 from me, I dislike it when story interferes with gameplay in a bad way. Would be great with a survival mode or something.

My first ever 5/5... I have to say I think it's the story that made the grade. The gameplay was solid, but the story is what really got me. Thanks for this wonderful game... *sniffle*

Be careful upgrading to max, the second to last level appears to allow you to max out your upgrades, but if their already maxed, then you'll skip it, and be unable to collect the badge for finishing the game, it will say you only completed 16 levels.

nice reference to movies. haha geothermal nuclear war sad sory overall. talking about suicide and disabling emotions. few things thou.the bits multiplier and magnetism should be priced cheaper. because what will u need bits for after the guns have been upgraded which cost the same. like the early level pricing thou. great game :) 5/5

What a great game. Its a shame that this technically should be Breach 2 and the Breach 2 you made a completely different game.

"Excellent (Retro) type shooter; The graphics are simple and to the point, the audio was well done and the controls are spot-on. This is a well executed game. Way to go."...........TK

It's sure to be a amazing game i found it challaging and sad when she missed her dad it really is basic and i dose everything right like people have said before 5/5 just 1 problem the little bugs and bullets alike hid under the bits tho

dumb game. the whole shooting brainless enemies is stupifyingly easy, while collecting the coins left by them takes a lot of effort. there's no fun in either, while the latter is both the major part of the game, and very irritating. of course, there's a coin-magnet, but it takes four levels worth of coins to get it.

Truly wonderful game. The AI host made this game one of the best of it's kind. The last few made me sympathize although it was only a game, especially missing her 'dad' and 'committing suicide'. It's as though she was denying that her 'owner?' committed suicide.
