I liked this game a lot. Aside from the great storyline, the mechanics were awesome too, i liked how you didnt have sheilds, one bullet and you're dead, so you actually had to pay attention, and there were no bullet patterns steering you while you shot the boss, it was just random. 5/5. Well done.

I absolutely loved this game. Difficult, but not to a point where you don't want to play it. The story line was absolutely fantastic and couldn't have been better.

That was an amazing story line. Kinda left me feeling a bit sad and a bit numb all at the same time. The gameplay was superb. But the best part of this game had to be the story. The emotional attachment between machine and creator was very well portrayed.

Very well done. I was like, *GASP!* when EXADI described about her creator's depression and how he dealth with it. It's only natural that she wanted you to stop her depression. Besides that, it was a fantastic shooter that commands respect. Why not try a similar formula in another game?

wow, just wow, im sitting here after finishing the last lvl, and im speechless and numb, i had to just sit for several minutes just staring at the end image before i could do anything... its amazing how some simple text and a convincing voice can get you so immersed in the story, that you actually start to feel for the AI, i had to work up ... something, i woulndt call it courage because that sounds wrong, before i could even attempt the last lvl. well done, well done indeed. plus i am wearing headphones with extra bass, so the heartbeat were really adding to the experience, and the music just disappearing somewhere in the middle was brillian, perfectly adding to the increasing "sadness" for lack of a better word. so yeah, these are my thoughts as i thought them, in no particular order ;)

Part 1: Basically binary works in squares of 2. A byte is 8 bits, and a bit is one digit (0 or a 1). In one byte, you have 8 digits, and every digit represents a number. The numbers are a pattern of 2 to the power of that digit's place in the number. For example, for a byte the first digit would represent 2^7th, the second would represent 2^6th, the third, 2^5th, fourth 2^4th, fifth2^3rd, sixth 2^2nd, seventh 2^1st, and finally the eighth, 2^0 (128,64,32,16,8,4,2,1) this corresponds to the digits in a byte - 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0. A 0 in the sequence means the number corresponding to it is off, and a 1 means the number is on. For every number that is on, you add it to the total number, and then you get the final amount.

Part 2: For example, 00000001 would be the number 1, since only the last digit is on and it corresponds to the first square of 2, which is 0 (2^0 = 1). 00000010 would be 2, since 2^1 = 2. Now, when you get a byte with 2 digits on, you must add all the 'on' numbers. 00000011 would be 3, because you the number you get is the sum of all numbers in the sequence (1 + 2 = 3). So when you get a big number like 10101010, you must add the total of all the corresponding numbers. (128 + 0 + 32 + 0 + 8 + 0 + 2 + 0) = (160 +10) = (170).
Hope this helped :P

Why, why does it have to be a room >_< it used to be a nice .. virtual space with no walls, but then he has to spoil it ...

Wait a second, it seems like there is another back story to this. Anyone else played Company of Myself? Maybe Jack was the creator of exadi and the other computer program. And when he decided to take the entire bottle of pills, he lost self control and killed Kathryn. And then they took Jack away so EXADI doesn't know why he did this to "her", but I think the parts of Viricide and Company of Myself just are coincidental. But I'd like to think otherwise.

actually it wouldnt be "get bits" anymore if you upgrade the magnetizer fully, because it ensures that every bits that falls you will collect.
