This is pretty cool. I'm definitely enjoyed most of my time. HOWEVER, as a long-term player of these kinds of games, I have some things I'd reccomend.
1. More checkpoints. I feel frustrated when I derp aand have to do a lot of things all over again.
2. Checkpoint on entering a room. Seems a bit silly to put me back into room when I've already beat it.
3. The timers should be stopped while holding levers. I wanna take a bit of a breather, but I can't do that while I feel pressured that the timer is running out anyway.
Otherwise, great game! Keep it up!

Good game overall - the only complaint is the "One Checkpoint" level. You cannot complete it without killing yourself. Need a better design that would allow you to complete it if you did not want to suicide to get back to the top. Otherwise, fantastic game.

Excellent sequel 5/5. And thanks for putting those little signpost arrows at the end of each level cos, like, you know - I was wondering whether I should keep going right, so that sign helped me... :P

Love the game again! Great just like the last one. One teeny tiny suggestion, the "holding vines" animation while moving side to side was pretty static, and the majority of the character looked like she wasn't moving. However I want to say I love how the character's hair is down when she's on the rising edge of a jump but up when she's falling. Oh, and at the very end of Guiding Light, on the rising platforms if you keep jumping the platform will slowly get pushed off the tracks to the side. Didn't affect me much, but seemed indicative of a larger bug.

For a game trying to make a deal about having a female protagonist, that's some pose she's in on the title screen. Who are you trying to kid?

A classic platformer that's hard enough satisfy old platformers like us. In the endless hell of idle games, this game actually requires gamer skills and reflexes. It frustrates you sometimes but just to fuel you for "one more try" and gives a feeling of accomplishment when you finally finish it. Congratulations! 5 stars!

First, I like this game. It's great and I had fun playing it, but it has some problems and I want this game maker to get better. These are things I didn't enjoy for the dev to improve.
--- SPOILER ALERT ---
1. Half the game in, the puzzles stopped appearing. The levels became a stressful, tedious "jump fast" kind of game. It does give a feel of accomplishment upon completion, but it isn't that fun.
2. Spike and bullet hitboxes don't match the texture geometry, so you die from nothing (also it disables some platforming tricks).
3. In the last level, the position of the bullet isn't defined when it fires, nor when it appears on screen, it's somewhere in-between, which could be frustrating.
4. The timer switch placement is somewhat random and it can be very hard to turn them while running fast.
5. I noticed a smallish bug: if you repeatedly jump on a platform, it's displaced (goes up -> displaced down left, goes down -> displaced up right, going sideways -> idk didn't notice anything).

this is a fantastic game, 5 stars easy. More developers should make platformers like this, they could learn a few things.

I would just like to say thank you for making sure her assets remain intact. After how folks complained about the last time, and you make it more noticable this time for your reply. LOVE IT xD

More or less the same as game I. Still good controls which is a requirement for a platformer, collision detection is however still suspect and an Issue, jumping on a moving platform makes it drop elevation and off the rail yet keeps on moving - bug. Too gratuitous with checkpoints imo and again with the TnA content which is a big minus to me. Overall better than the first since it had a slight difficulty increase. Music is still awesome if not better for those who wants it. Solid 3. Remove the TnA and id gladly give it a 4 but thats me.

Also, the game lags so horribly on 'The Penultimate Test' I can't even play the game effectively. I'm falling through some vines instead of catching onto them, sometimes catching vines I intend to pass.

Plus 10 for making me feel like a COMPLETE moron with the "one checkpoint" level. *sigh* Took me twenty minutes or more to accidentally fall and when I did and saw where I'd landed, I screamed out, "Oh, you're F*CKING kidding me!"

@cyberinsekt: Get over it. I'm a woman. I'm not offended by this. It's just a game. It's not like it's real or anything. Enough with the PC Bull...

5/5 Great game, good puzzles, liked the boss fights.
I see people complaining about the fan service, but I don't really see why. It doesn't really get in the way of the main game, and it doesn't distract from the main story all that much.

Every time I ragequit, I have to come back and start all over later. A save/load would be nice. Seed spitters...BWAHAHA!

The track listing should be an unlockable after beating the game and clicking on a track should let the player listen to it. Now, it it is already an unlockable then, I wasn't paying attention the first time I played through the game.

I died after the second checkpoint in the area where there is a lantern on rails and the lantern is going up instead of across and the screens locked. When I died, the lantern was it was upwards and it was supposed to be to the scrolling to the right. Made a gif here: https://gph.is/g/ZO8PPP4
