Actually, there's no time. You fail the mission because you didn't kill all the targets in time, so if it was NOT training, you would be dead, thus, mission failed. The grenades don't blow up before failure because a civilian is in the room, check and if there is a civilain, don't throw grenades.

Sometimes I fail a mission for no apparent reason. Make sure that the player gets feedback on what has caused the failure. Other than that this has massive potential. Make sure to continue this project.
