Actually you can make the game a lot more accessible for first-tryers just a few simple tweaks (it won't take you much time do) These are what i think helps:
1๏ผMake the enemies move MUCH slower.
2) Spawn a few more bullets to make it easy on early stages.
3) Make the night sky much darker & character lighter, it's easier to the eyes with contrast.
However it may be, I hope the game gets an update. I want to try it again.

Creepy when character's head dropped. :|
It's a bit hard at beginning. The ghosts always corner me when I go for the bullets. (maybe it's intended to be that hard?)
Is it only 1 stage with increasing difficulty on each round? I never get to win a round... or is it keeps continue to play until I die?
You were spot on with all your comments. It's indeed hard at the beginning and there is no tutorial either so its way harder than it probably should although the overall difficulty feeling is intended. There are no rounds or more levels. Game just goes on while increasing its difficulty untill you die. I know the game it's not good and lacks content and polish, but i also think it can be fun and frenetic. I've been programming in unity for 3 months now, but i also attend university so it's hard to do a lot of progress. This game was made in 2 weeks, i programmed it on my free time while making all the work that had to be done and studying for my exams XD Oh and pro tip, you can suck up balls through walls and you have a preety long range to do so, so you shouldn't get killed too often for this reason ;)

Also, where is the leaderboard?
This is a webGl "port" of the game. The game does web queries to a online database, but surprise surprise kongregate doesn't let me do web queries through the game, so i just disabled the leaderboards for this version. Kongregate also limits my maximun resolution so i have to run this 100% crap resolution. I agree with the ball being too dark. But i was challanged to make a game with 5 shades of grey. And this was the result. The crosshair is also a resolution problem. But it could have been fixed by making it larger for this version. And all the speeds and collision sizes are like this for a reason. I wanted the game to be hard and unforgiving but there is still a lot of room for dodging and doing crazy stuff. As a reference i can score 6k all the time and i can get 11k in my best runs. Oh and if you could drop your rating that would be great since the game is still under judgment and it's a pain in the ass since i can't even look for my game on the search bar.

Has some clarity issues imo, maybe because of the lack of distinct colour, mostly regarding balls. It can be hard to see a ball on the map after it spawned and also where the ball went when you just shot it. Adding a single colour to the ball or making it more black/white should help with that. It's just that it's hard to tell apart from the map. The Character itself should be a bit faster or the enemies slower (or enemie's hitbox smaller). As of now, it's a bit frustrating trying to dodge a ghost/soul/whatever that spooky thing is. One last thing, the crosshair should be more noticeable aswell (bigger and/or more distinct)
