This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. Description
Terrorists have entered the city and are wreaking havoc on citizens by firing at them. As a commando, it's your job to neutralize the terrorists one by one, using the weapons of your choice. Now get out there and show those terrorists your power!

Somehow the mouse pointer and the targeting reticule do not 'lock' together. If one goes far left or far right on the screen and click, you are actually clicking outside the window and nothing happens.
