Adding some physics would help (going faster down steep slopes, not being able to go uphill without enough momentum). Another thing would be removing the walls, it removes the cool openness this game could provide.

I'm working on the physics, they were soposed to be there and broke, but opening the walls is difficult, that may take me a while.

this has nothing to do with skiing, this is just a littel modified walking script. u have a lot of work to do to make it a skiing game start with a new movement script.

Yes, my physics broke, but should be fixed now.

Everything gharrot said, but this is a great base for a game. With a bit of work, could be amazing.

Nice open concept. I know this is a demo, but I would remove the walls and add some scenery like trees and other points of interest. The controls worked smoothly, and not sure if you added the physics yet, but it did seem to gain speed going downhill, although it was very slow in the beginning.
