Other commenters didn't notice that if you hit h, you can go into the stat menu by pressing j, and assigning stat points after levelling up. Strength gives more damage, luck gives more crits, intel seems to increase damage from spells, con increases hitpoints by one, dex and agil I'm not sure if I could see the effect. Decent, needs a lot of polish, needs to be set up to use keyboard+mouse in case of people not wanting to two-fist their keyboard, or otherwise allow changeable keybinds.

I saw a few glitches, (once after turning during a jump I became paralyzed until struck by an enemy) and I'll note that the game is not well explained. Levelling up doesn't really seem to do anything for you, though finding items does power you up as in metroid. Combat takes to long and is either a simple matter of pressing the attack button or involves taking a series of unavoidable hits, depending on the enemy. Overall not a very good game, although the graphics are very nice.
