ok you shoud realy inprove some things. You need a tutorial that tells the player whats going on how the money flow works how you fight and how to build and where. The repair the placment system so at first it registers a dobelclick and you don't have to wait around 1 minute till the game thinks it starts and acepts commands.
The grafik whoud be ok when you axplain to the pplayer what happens on the screen and why when you hold your mouse over something after a while there shoud be a help window saying what you see and what it does.

And telling people that you need 120$ after you 3 games, is a bit mutch because non of the 3 games is in a state where people choud see you as a great progrmmer. otherwise the player don#t realy knows whats up with the money and where you need it exactly for so a explaning window there might help. Where the intesete people cas read the exacts problems and programms where you need to register for 120$

I don't have clue what hell I'm doing.
Towns increase profit but miners costs expenses. Like tf??
I'd assume that for number of miners you'd have a higher rate of profit.

Yikes mate. Good idea with a really poor execution. You should revamp this in isometric, throw up some detailed instructions and give some better visuals and set up some well defined goals for players. I applaud the effort, but my gamer's conscience can't rate it above a 1.
