Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. It looks nice, but there is some room for improvement. the fact that zombeast come from all directions means you should also be able to shot in all directions. And not just horizontally. Especially since it is very hard to walk away once they have caught you. The basic gun is pretty useless. You need to have one of the pick-up weapons. For these it would be nice if picking up additional ones would add to your ammo. And finally, please tell what weapon upgrades do, will the weapon be more powerful? Drop more often?

Agree with kvdh. Also, ought to have a way of upgrading the starting pistol. As it stands, the strategy is to run and gun until a powerup drops, and then just pwn the stage. I got bored after level 3 of it.

Crap controls that continually forget that you are moving and random weapon drops make this pretty much unplayable. Your pistol is worthless and sometimes you simply cannot get a weapon to drop, or you can't get to it, so you die and die and then you win way too easily.

Maybe the "press space to use powerup" should b in the instructions section too!!!
It's quite useless to use the mouse when there are only 2 directions to shoot!
Two keys for "shoot left" and "shoot right" would have been more than enough!!!
