Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. This is my first attempt at a flash game based on the excellent Shootorial series published by Kongregate.
How to Play
Arrows (or WASD) to move
Space bar to shoot
M to turn off the music
N to turn off all sound
P to Pause

Now THIS is what a first game should look like! This is an insanely cute, smooth, and straightforward little diversion that is a pleasure to play--and look Ma, no bugs! If I may offer a critique, this game was very, very easy to play. I finally killed myself by crashing a lot of times after racking up 13850 points. An increasing difficulty or different powerups would make this game more challenging. Achievements might not be a bad idea either. Just some thoughts for your next game, especially if it's Minnow Blasters 2. All in all though, you did very, very well. I look forward to seeing more from you and your kids!
