Well man, cheer it up. If you go to Africa for a quick recap, you'll see it can be much worse. If you don't like something in your life try to change it, don't just quit. Killing yourself is an easy way out but it won't solve your problems. Life is hard but there is so much out there and I can assure you most of it is within your reach. Get up and enjoy your newfound happiness!

Oh, and one last wrinkle - use your body against your mind, exercises makes wonders! You don't need a fancy gym, a short jog in the park or a simple walk once in a day should do. Practice makes perfection! You won't reach it but when you look through your shoulder you'll be miles ahead. You don't have to strive for the Übermensch, just run, Forrest, Run!

It could do wonders if it comes from the right person though ;) The point I was trying to convey is that it's not something unique to you, it's an illness, and as such you should fight it instead of just succumb to it. Now, I know fighting with your mind could be a bit tricky but as long as you know that you are important to somebody you'll always have the strength to overcome it. And that somebody may not be necessarily a relative, loved one or a friend, it could be just you, you and yourself. You are unique enough to be preserved and cherished. You are a child of the stars, you are made of the cosmic dust left after a supernova explosion, during your creation you were literally the one amongst a hundred million other competitors that successfully fought its way and reached its goal to live on and finally you are fortunate enough to call yourself a human being, the most complex and fine creation of the nature itself.

May be worth adding to the instructions that "Space" is also needed for certain actions; I got stuck in the first room for a while before I just started trying different things.
