Ok concept. Both allies and enemies need better AI - for example, enemies will just walk into a wall while your allies shoot the wall from the other side - there's no path finding.

When the computer was controlling the medic, he seemed to refuse to use the Medigun. Should be a simple fix.
Squad-based games like this have a lot of potential, but that potential can easily be wasted on a maker's laziness or lack of ingenuity. So I'm going to go ahead and recommend that you perhaps make a slow or stop function, where you can issue commands to the other members of the team. Attack enemies in this area, support characters, heal, whatever.
