Added 2 new ways to kill me.

Added a few more deaths, animated some deaths.

Added a Preloader screen and one more death.

Changed the button graphics and the preloader.

Got rid of crappy preloader. HIGH SCORES NOW ACTIVE! KILL ME NAO!

Upgraded graphics a lot. I think it looks substantially better.
