Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. Also, please join us in the Kongregate Discord for all the latest Kongregate news!

Description
This is my first flash game and still very much work in progress. Eventually it'll have large scale capital ship battles and customisable ships and various different types of enemies and weapons. It'll also have a scoring and item drops based on a combo multiplier along with a sort of rhythm background music.
Currently everything are placeholders and subject to change.
Thanks for all the comments, I'll try to improve the game with each update.
Things To Do:
scrolling play area - done
item drops based on combo multiplier - done
start screen
buy/upgrades menu
more enemies
pause menu with mute button - done
save function
different difficulties
How to Play
Arrow keys or wsad moves the ship.
Space bar or keypad 0 shoots missiles.
P pauses the game and shows the sound options.
Mouse controls turret.
Shields recharge after a period of not taking any damage.
Keep the combo meter filled to earn more points.

If i may make a suggestion that I would like to see made into part of it, you should make it so the controls are relative to the the position on the screen not the ship. It might make it easier to control.
i.e. d goes to the right, w up, s down, a to the right and so forth

Open beta testing. I like it. It allows you to get feedback from everybody not just a few people.
So far i like it a lot and i wait patiently for more updates now :3
