Mmmm... it's not really a good sign to me or most people when the first bug is on the title screen. I clicked on "Controls" and the game started instead. In the game itself, enemies have no effects when they disappear, there is no sound, and shots hang in the air where they hit enemies.
Also, I'm doubting it was intentional that enemy shots don't decrease my health bar when they hit. Touching the boss at the end does but his lightning bolts do no damage. Also, there was one enemy that would not die no matter how many times I hit him... I ended up just going past and ignoring him.
I honestly think this looks like you didn't playtest it before posting it... playtesting is really, really important before you actually post a game, there WILL be lots of bugs at first.

I can't play the game after it loads nothing happens.
