Ah, I see kongregate didn't bring up the prompt to allow the plugin, I had to go in and allow it for the site and problem solved.

This doesn't seem to load, I'm in chrome, so I'm not really sure what more to say about it.

Sadly, Chrome has started to remove support for the current Unity plugin. Perhaps try a different browser? There are things that unity have done to fix this, so I'll look at those now.
