This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. Description
This game is meant to be played by two players. So it's time to make use of your annoying little brother or sister!
However if you think you have what it takes to play alone... go for it. After all, you're supposed to be the master of games. Show us you have what it takes to be a master surgeon.

How to Play
If the game stretches, press F11 in your browser to switch to full-screen mode.
1st Player: DRIVER
Use arrow keys to start driving
2nd player: SURGEON/ATTENDANT
Use the mouse to solve various, exciting surgeries.
The more you crash into patients, the more you have to solve surgeries. The more you operate the more points you get (yes it's unethical that way). But player 1, you better coordinate well with player 2, because your ambulance can only hold 4 animals!!
If you already have 4 animals in your ambulance (indicated by the stick figures on the screen) and you crash into more animals, you will LOSE points.
So plan carefully. Crash only when you have less than 4 patients in the ambulance and that's the trick to getting a high score in this game.
