I dunno if it had anythin to do with it, but going to the equipment screen and taking everything off then doin the bonus mission gave the achievement.

Buggy as hell if you replay it to get cards you missed. Levels continually repeat, with each restart slightly progressing from the previous (though on the same mission). A 4 becomes a 2 for not debugging thoroughly.

on the mission where their trading the money for guns i shoot the card then the two of the guys... reload and then shoot the last guy three times in the head and he doesnt die WTF

Bonus mission is hilarious. @reamees - russian ace is at bottom left of podium under soldiers foot. Limo board is a little hard, but always get the money one liners and upgrade scope and cartridge. I had upped trigger to, not sure if that helps.
