the hillbilly with the porcupine is pretty easy. Fat Guy took me two tries. You have to be quite quick with the chainsaw, The faster and more accurate you are the less bones you have to pull out. When you pull out the magnet i pulled all the other parts out at the same time, If you put a staple smack bang in the middle of the hole it should only take one staple and you can move on fast. Cauterize them all then gel them all, Dont stop using the gel, Use it contiously from cut to cut because it raises the patients BPM slightyl buying you some more time

lol, fun. I can't get the chainsaw to work correctly. Too much lag. It's impossible for me to get it all the way around without skipping like crazy. That's so not surgeon-like.

Trent is glitched for me. I use the screen at the third or fourth part I believe, and cut EXACTLY the same area.. However, it does not work. I have tried about twenty times.. and b the end he had died. Weird.
